This information is collected through our application forms, which may be hosted by third-party processors including Tally.so, as well as directly by us.

- Determine your suitability to join as a flex worker
- Notify you regarding flex work opportunities that match your profile and qualifications
- Process and manage your application
- Communicate with you about your application status
You have the ability to opt out of notifications regarding opportunities at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email communication
- Informing an agent if contacted over telephony
Application & Assessment Data Retention
All application and assessment data — including any video and audio recordings captured as part of the assessment process — is securely stored for a period of 365 days from the date of submission. After this period, the data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
During the retention period, your data is encrypted at rest and in transit and is accessible only to authorised personnel for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for flex work opportunities.
Right to Request Deletion
You may request the deletion of your application and assessment data at any time — regardless of the 365-day retention period — by contacting us at legal@joinflexyble.com.
Deletion requests will be fulfilled within 30 days of receipt. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered and any in-progress application or assessment will be permanently removed.
Data Sharing
Your information is collected and processed by third-party service providers on our behalf, including:
- Tally.so — Application form hosting and data collection
We ensure that all third-party processors comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate security measures. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
